Thank you for purchasing Intact Agro. Please follow the relevant instructions below if you change the product return limit and change your requirements.

Returning items ordered online/offline

If you change your mind when ordering your product by email, please cancel your order at the time of purchase.

If you have any questions regarding the quality or price of the product or the validity of the product after delivery, please return the product together with proof of purchase (sales book/telephone order) within 7 days. to buy or contact our customer service when ordering online. We apply for 48 hours only on perishable goods.

If you return the property or need to refund, you will receive the same amount of product, or the same amount of money that you paid.

The easiest way to retrieve the purchased product is over. If you have any complaints about your Internet transaction, please do not hesitate to contact our buyer number. Our manager will help you quickly draft your complaint/question.

Product Delivery:


Home delivery, the fruit of any weight can be delivered up to 2 floors. In case of higher altitude, up to 15 kg of product, we will add the existing shipping costs; If you weigh more than 5 kg, there will be a surcharge of 10 Tk for extra weight. However, if there is an elevator, no charge is added.
We do our best to restore fruit the same day after placing the order, and if for some reason the delivery of fruit is interrupted on the same day, do so within 24 hours. Insha'Allah.


Get your money back


We will pay your money in the same or more convenient way after your product is returned.
Your money will be returned to your mobile bank account (if you have one) or your wallet or gateway (credit or debit card).
You need 5-7 business days to declare the money in your account. If you purchase a promotional product, your refund/replacement/adjustment will be based on that price launch.
If you use more than one payment method for products and services, and you pay for some of the products in your order, payment will be made in that order:
When you buy directly at the point of sale - in cash
If you buy online/via Customer Service - Mobile Banking Portal (bkash, cash).
